Maintenance Requests

Have a maintenance issue? Please call or text Kathy at (720) 818 - 1330 and she will be happy to coordinate maintenance for you. Be sure to always include your name, building address and apartment number when reaching out with a maintenance issue. Please do not use the maintenance request feature through Apartments.com.

In the event of an emergency, always call 911.

Sublet Information

Are you planning to sublet your apartment? Please notify KMH Properties of your plans to sublet and submit both the KMH Sublet Contact Form and your sublet agreement. All roommates must approve of your sublet plans, and consent shall not unreasonably be withheld.. You can submit the completed forms via email to Maddie at maddie@kmhproperties.com.

Please note, the terms and conditions of your lease remain in effect until the end of your lease agreement. You are ultimately responsible for upholding the lease agreement, even if you have a sublet. If you chose to sublet your apartment, you are responsible for the sublet, so review your agreements with them carefully, including considering a deposit in the event of unpaid rent or damages to the apartment.
