About Us

Glad you found us! KMH Properties is local, family-run business that has been serving the needs of CU students for over 35 years. 

A CU alumni myself, I started KMH Properties in 1986 to provide high quality student rentals for other CU students. We now own and manage 10 properties in Boulder, with a wide variety of apartments to fit your needs. 

It is our goal to treat you as we would want our own children to be treated. We love working with our residents to ensure they have a wonderful experience living in our apartments. Word of mouth is our best advertising, so feel free to ask other tenants about their experience and please share your feedback with us!
